For those desiring a more formal and elegant dining experience akin to the original Mistral, we invite you into the Jewel Box for a seasonal chef’s tasting menu consisting of 4, 6  or 8 courses, with or without outstanding wines matched expertly to each dish.

Chef’s Table

For a more personalized, intimate meal, choose the Chef’s Table. The ultimate food lover’s destination, this is the table adjacent to the Jewel Box kitchen, seating 1 to 8 people.

Sit back on a cushioned banquette and indulge in a unique multi-course “experience” created just for you; dishes showcasing our modern techniques and focus on freshness and seasonality. After the first few courses, look forward to a signature “palette cleansing” cocktail break, whereby a master mixologist will create a concoction for you tableside.
